The tables below come into effect from 1st April 2024 (click relevant course/tee)

from 1st April 2024 there is a new method of calculating members Course Handicaps from their Handicap Indexes.

The calculation now relates not only to slope but also to par and course rating.

This means that any measured course that has a par and course rating that are different to one another, the course handicap calculation will change and players Course Handicaps may well be different.

Visitor Information - Welcome to The Club at Cams Hall Estate

The following information will help you enjoy your day with us at The Club at Cams Hall Estate. Please do enquire at Reception if you need any further assistance.

Checking In

To make the most of the facilities, we recommend arriving an hour before your tee time. This will provide ample opportunity to grab a bite to eat in our fantastic Bar and restaurant or warm up on our practice facilities.

Head to the Reception where our staff can check you in and help you with purchasing drinks, snacks and golf essentials before your round from our shop.

We recommend that you should be on the tee box a minimum 10 mins prior to your tee time.

Practice Facilities

Warm up before your round by visiting our 200y Practice ground. Tokens are available to purchase from our reception (clubs/shots only up to 200y please!)

Tees of the Day

Visitors are permitted to play off any set of our tees

Pin Positions

Red = Front, Yellow = Middle, White = Back.

150yd Markers

100, 150 & 200 yard marker posts can be found on all Par 4 and Par 5 holes. These posts are on each side of the fairway and are to the middle of the green.

On Course Etiquette & Dress Code

Please help us maintain the condition of our golf course by remembering the three R’s;

Repair pitch marks.

Replace divots.

Rake bunkers.

Please follow the guidance of our on-course Starter/Marshal

Cams Hall encourages Ready Golf. Please keep up with the group ahead of you and please allow faster groups to play through. Four balls are expected to complete their rounds in 4 hours.

To access the golf course, we ask players to be wearing golf shoes, a collared shirt, tailored shorts or trousers. Players wearing the following items of clothing may be refused access to the golf course – denim, trainers, t-shirts, sports jerseys, sports shorts.

Refreshments

Check out a range of options on our menu as well as our chef specials before and/or after your round in our lounge bar. There is no Halfway Hut, but the clubhouse is accessible after 9 holes to stock up on refreshments. Food and drink are available from 8am to 6pm.
